Wake up early. One banana is fine for breakfast; don't overeat. Go on a bike ride, 2-4 miles is fine. When you get home, have some toast with fruits or vegetables, and then head out for a run. You don't have to run long, a mile or two should be good. Continue this routine for many days, but don't think that just because you worked hard in the morning, you can do nothing at night. Do 10 push-ups/sit-ups an hour. Stay active every now and then.
