I baked a store-bought frozen pie in my new oven in the regular bake mode. Pre-heated oven to 475 degrees. Baked 40 minutes -- bottom was not done. Baked another 20 minutes, still not done, The bottom crust was doughy. What did I do wrong?

You may have set the temperature too high. If there were no baking directions on the package, set it for 350 degrees and bake it longer. You can place the pie on the bottom rack while for 30 minutes, then move it to the upper and bake for 30 more minutes more.
