Guava leaves are great for weight loss if your weight loss issue is about blood glucose levels or improper digestion. If your issue is that you're eating a lot of sweets, guava leaves are not going to help you lose weight. You need to actually change your diet, but they can help you be more efficient at the things you're digesting. If you're not a fan of tea, you can add the leaves into food or take them as a powder or capsule.
