Addiction is a heavy burden to bear. If you feel comfortable enough, tell someone you trust, like a pastor, your parents, a trustworthy friend, etc. Once you have done this, they can help you keep a healthy mind. You are never too far gone! Your situation is NOT hopeless! Get involved in things that keep your mind busy and thinking about other things, like chatting with friends, sports (watching or playing), and travelling. Another thing you can do to overcome your addiction is to forgive yourself. This is a step lots of people skip, thinking, "This step does not look very important," but it is vital. Keep praying, even if it doesn't feel like it's helping. I assure you, it is.
