If she is rubbing the cut then consider a cone, so that she can't get to the area. If this isn't practical then cut her claws and/or bandage the paw she scratches with so that it does less damage. In addition, check for anything that made her itchy in the first instance, such as fleas or ear mites. By treating and removing the reason for the itch, she's more likely to leave the head alone.
