The biggest thing is not to laugh when they do ask you questions. It can be tempting to laugh because kids are cute when they ask questions, but a lot of kids can internalize that and feel embarrassed. So do your best to respond to questions and curiosity with a calm, matter-of-fact tone. You want them to feel like there's nothing taboo about it.
