Yes, but only certain wormers are safe to use in pregnant dogs. Fenbendazole is one option that has been proven safe. Worming daily with fenbendazole from day 40 of the pregnancy until two days after birth decreases the amount of larvae passed onto the developing pups and is therefore beneficial to them and you. Make sure that you ask your veterinarian for a wormer recommendation before administering anything.
