If the above method does not work, there are other methods of strengthening your handstand. You can get a spotter to hold your legs while you work out balance and strength. You can also kick up so that your feet rest against a wall until you feel comfortable enough to pull your legs away. Remember, handstands require balance, but most of that balance comes from strength. The longer your hold an assisted handstand with your core and arms, the more likely you will be to hold it on your own. Keep practicing!
