Should I name a person that got me involved in my sin? Such as, "My boyfriend George introduced me to the drug..."? Or should I leave out their name?

Definitely leave out their name. Whatever they did is between them and God. You are confessing your sins, and you should not be blaming other people for what you did wrong.
