Option 2 : Mandamus
Article 32 of the Constitution of India states that Supreme Court and High Courts can issue the writs to protect the fundamental rights of the citizen (Right to the Constitutional Remedies). Mandamus is a judicial writ issued by the court to an inferior court or government or judicial officers as a command to perform their duty.
