Under Article 32 of the Indian Constitution, a citizen can move to the Supreme Court of India if his Fundamental Rights are breached.
- Right to Constitutional Remedies: Article 32 (i) of our Constitution empowers the citizens to move to the Supreme Court in case they feel they are unduly deprived of their Fundamental Rights.
- Dr. B R Ambedkar, the chief architect of the Constitution of India, considered “Right to Constitutional Remedies” to be the ‘heart and soul’ of the Indian Constitution.
