Remaining distance = 720 - 540 = 180 km

Let initial speed of train be M kmph.

Increased speed of the train = M + 15

Then,

⇒ 180/M - 180/(M + 15) = 1

⇒ 180M + 2700 - 180M = M2 + 15M

⇒ M2 + 15M - 2700 = 0

Solving,
