Option 3 : 90 km

Let the partial distance covered at 45 km/h be x

Then the distance covered at 75 km/h = (300 - x)

Now,

x / 45 + (300 - x)/70 = 5

/630 = 5

5x + 2700 = 3150

5x = 450

x = 90

∴ distance covered by him at 45 km/hr = 90 km.
