Many dogs do the excited pee, some truly cannot control it. One thing you can try is to have your guests ignore them at first, give them a few minutes to calm down before interacting, and then greeting the dog in a low/normal tone of voice instead of using a "baby" voice. If this doesn't work, you may just have to get used to it.
