Provide a small tray with low sides that the guinea pig can easily climb into. Line it with a layer of substrate that is different to that in the hutch. Notice where the pig does most of their toileting and pop the tray there. It can help to pop a few fecal pellets or a scoop of wet bedding into the tray to give them the idea that this is the toilet spot.
