I got my Monroe done 4 days ago. I've had no swelling, no issues at all, been using the mouthwash recommended & the piercing cleaner several times a day. Do I have to wait to change the jewelry?

Yes, it would be wise to wait for at least a month before changing it. It could disrupt the healing process and get infected. I would also recommend going to your piercer for a jewelry change when the time comes.
