If you install Mo Creatures from the right website, it shouldn't give you a virus. In the modding world, there are a lot of reposts of mods that have viruses, so do your research when trying to find a legitimate, reliable download. Ask any friends you have who already install mods for their help. The site I use is Curseforge, and it never steers me wrong.
