Option 2 : 1 : 3

Let the time taken by A and B to finish the work be t and 2t respectively.

⇒ Total time by A and B = t(2t)/(t + 2t) = 2t/3

⇒ C can finish the work in 2t/3 days.

Let the time taken by all of them to finish the work be x.

1/x = 1/t + 1/(2t) + 3/(2t) = 6/(2t) = 3/t

⇒ x = t/3

∴ Ratio; time(A,B,C) : time(A) = x : t = t/3 : t = 1 : 3
