If you have the contact information of somebody who plays on the server, try to contact them and ask if they would ask an operator for an appeal or contact information to ask them personally. If it is a non-online (warez/people that didn't buy the game can play) type server, find an operator and ask for their contact information so you can work it out. If It is an online server and you know nobody, you can track a name down and try to find the operator. Otherwise, there's nothing you can do.
