This is great but, in your instructions on removing from Windows 10 you say "Find AdChoice in the programs list and Uninstall" and it's not listed in the Programs list.

Enter Control Panel into Windows search box, hit enter, or click on the result. Next, under programs select uninstall a program. Last, from the list, find entries related to AdChoices (or any other recently installed suspicious program).
