Radius of park = 7 cm

Radius of cone = 3.5 cm

Raining 4 cm

Formula used:

Volume of a cylinder = π × r2 × h

Volume of cone = (1/3) × π × r2 × h

Calculation:

A circular park formed a cylinder due to filled with water 2 cm work as a height of a cylinder

Volume of a cylinder = volume of a cone

⇒ π × (7)2 × 4 = (1/3) × π × (3.5)2 × h

⇒ 49 × 4 = (1/3) × (49/4) × h
