Option 1 : 180

The ratio of length (L) and breadth (B) of the rectangle = 9:4

Area of rectangle = 324 cm²

The side (S) of the square = 5 × Length of the rectangle (L) = 5 × L

Let the length and breadth of the rectangle be 9x and 4x.

Area of rectangle = L × B

By putting given values,

324 = 9x × 4x

324 = 36 × x²

x²= 9

x = 3

Now,

L = 9 × 3 = 27 cm

B = 4 × 4 = 16 cm

Side of the square (S) = 5 × 27

S = 135 cm

The perimeter of the square (P) = 4 × S

P = 4 × 135

P = 540 cm

Hence, Option (2) is correct.
