Does the cook time on Traeger recipes include the smoking time? Recipe says smoke for 3 - 4 hours, total cook time 8 hours. So should it be 11 - 12 hours total?

I have been taking Effexor for 6 weeks, 75 mg. I was taking Celexa 20 mg. The doctor had me stop the Celexa and start the Effexor. I didn't have any symptoms of withdrawal. I don't like the Effexor and want to start back on Celexa. The doctor isn't very nice and I won't go back. Can I switch back?

It's up to you, but I think it would be easier to just empty the tank, rinse the gravel, and re-fill it rather than change the water daily.
