How can I get the image to stop moving or zooming? I just want it to stay still, but it has this weird movement to it, it makes the whole thing look cheap and cheesy.

Click the image that you want to keep still, and then click the square-like button (third from the left) on top of the preview screen (at the upper right area). Finally, select "Fit."
