Cover the doll's face with plastic wrap so it doesn't get wet. Wash the hair under a faucet and use a mild shampoo to clean it. Rinse out the shampoo and use a conditioner to help smooth it and de-frizz it. Rinse out the conditioner and pat the hair until it's damp, then let it air dry so it doesn't get frizzy.
