It isn't possible to "remove" latex paint that has soaked into raw wood. That's especially true if you want the wood to remain raw when you're finished taking off the paint. The only way I have ever found to do this is to sand off the top layer of wood. If your planks have grooves, as in ordinary tongue-in-groove planks, it will be very difficult to get the latex paint out. Latex is, of course, water-based, and water seeps into wood, carrying the pigment with it. There are some very specific solvents for latex paint, but they are costly, extremely toxic, and require dipping and soaking. Specialist needed.
