এই সমস্যাটি সমাধান করতে প্রথমে সেটিং এ প্রবেশ করতে হবে এর পর কল সেটিং যাবেন Call barring নামে একটি অপশন পাবেন সেখানে গিয়ে Cancell All Barring চাপ দিন এর পর একটি পাসওয়ার্ড চাইবে সেখানে 0000 প্রবেশ করুন। Cancell All barring লেখা উঠলে ঠিক হয়ে যাবে। অথবা ডায়াল অপশনে লিখুন #330*0000# দিয়ে ট্রাই করুন।
