Concept used:

1 litre = 1000 millilitre

Calculation:

Capacity of one bottle = (38 litre and 250 millilitre) ÷ 17

⇒ (38000 +250) millilitre ÷ 17 = 38250 millilitre ÷ 17

⇒ 2250 millilitre

Now, Big wine bottle capacity = 7bottle capacity

⇒ Big wine bottle capacity = 2250 millilitre × 7

⇒ 15750 millilitre = 15750 ÷ 1000 litres = 15.75 litres

∴ The capacity of big wine bottle is 15.75 litres.
