In the given question,

Flight leaves every 5 hours, but the flight left 25 mins before.

Therefore the next flight is in = 5:00 - 00:25

= 4:60 - 00:25  ( 1 hour = 60 min )

=4:35

Therefore the next flight will leave in 4 hours and 35 mins.

Now, Exact time = 10:45 + 4:35

= 14:80 

= 15:20 ( Since 60 mins = 1 hour )

Now 15:20 could also be written as 3:20 PM.

Therefore, Option 4 is the correct answer.
