(3) They finish their breakfast in another 15 minutes → 7 hours + 5 minutes + 15 minutes = 7 hours 20 minutes = 7.20 a.m.

(4) They leave for their office which takes another 35 minutes → 7 hours + 20 minutes + 35 minutes = 7 hours 55 minutes = 7.55 a.m. 

Hence, they leave from Kunal's house at 7.20 a.m.
