As per given condition;

M = 8I

⇒ M/I = 8/1

T = 4I

⇒ T/I = 4/1

M ∶ T ∶ I

⇒ M ∶ T ∶ I = 8 ∶ 4 ∶ 1

Let their earnings be ‘x’

⇒ M = 8x, T = 4x, I = x

⇒ Managers earn = 2 × 8x = 16x

⇒ Technicians earn = 4 × 4x = 16x

⇒ Interns earn = 8 × x = 8x

Total = 16x + 16x + 8x = 40x

Salary is distributed among these three,

∴ Each earns, x = 480000/40 = 12000
