Let the cost of orange be Rs. 2x and cost of banana be x.

⇒ 4(2x) + 10(x) = 72

⇒ 8x + 10x = 72

⇒ 18x = 72

⇒ x = 4

The cost to  A orange is Rs.8.

The cost of a banana is Rs. 4.

Cost of 2 oranges and 20 bananas is = 2(8) + 20(4)

⇒ 16 + 80 = 96
