The total number of students = 640

The total number of boys = (5/8) × 640 = 400

The total number of girls = 640 – 400 = 240

The number of boys who do not attend the school regularly = 25% of 400 = (25/100) × 400 = 100

The number of girls who do not attend the school regularly = 15% of 240 = (15/100) × 240 = 36

∴ Total students who do not attend the school regularly = 100 + 36 = 136
