Calculation:

For 1st min, he climbs 6m and comes down 3m in 2nd min

Effectively he climbs 3m in 2min

In climbs in 36mins = (3/2)× 36 = 54m

In 37th min he climb 6m.

∴ in 37th min he reaches at the top of the pole
