Given:

Side of equilateral triangle = 14cm

Radius of circular track = 7 cm

Formula Used:

Perimeter of triangle = 3 × side

Circumference of triangle = 2πR

Distance = speed × time

 Calculation:

⇒ Perimeter of triangle = 3 × 14 = 42 cm

⇒ Distance cover on triangle track by train = 42 m

⇒ Speed of train = 42/21 = 2m/s

⇒ Circumference of circular track = 2πR = 2 × (22/7) × 7 = 44 m

⇒ Time taken by train to cover circular track = 44/2 = 22 seconds

∴ Time taken by train to cover circular track is 22 seconds
