Calculation:

According to the question,

Copper required for pot = 60% of 80 

⇒ 60 × 80/100 = 48kg

Zinc required for pot = 15% of 80 

⇒ 15 × 80/100 = 12 kg

Aluminium = 80 - (48 + 12) = 20 kg

After 5% aluminium lost

Required aluminium = (100/95) × 20 = 21.05 kg

∴ Required aluminium is 21.05 kg.
