Given:

Aman drinks glasses of water daily = 14

The capacity of the glass = 300 ml

1 week = 7 days

Calculation: 

Aman drinks water in a week = 14 × 7 = 98 glasses

⇒ Total quantity = 98 × 300 = 29400 ml

1 L = 1000 ml

⇒ 29400 ml = 29400 ÷ 1000 = 29.4L 

∴ 29.4 L of water he drinks in 1 week.

The correct option is 2 i.e. 29.4L
