Calculation:

According to the question 

The mother’s age now is 3 times the age of the daughter.

⇒ Age of mother = 3 × 10 years = 30 years.

Again, Father is 7 years older than the mother.

⇒  Age of father = (30 + 7) years = 37 years.

⇒  Age of father when daughter was born

⇒  Age of father 10 years ago

⇒  37 years – 10 years

⇒  27 years

∴  Age of father when daughter was born was 27 years.
