Given:

Age of the daughter = 10 years.

Calculations:

∵ Mother’s age now is 3 times the age of the daughter.

∴ Age of mother = 3 × 10 years = 30 years.

Again, Father is 7 years older than the mother.

∴ Age of father = (30 + 7) years = 37 years.

∴ Age of father when daughter was born = Age of father 10 years ago

= 37 years – 10 years

= 27 years.

∴ The father's age when daughter was born is 27 years.
