Let the average age of 25 members be = x

Sum of ages of new members = Y 

Sum of 25 members Age = 25x

Age of replaced two member = 64 + 40 = 104

According to the question

⇒ 25x - 104 + Y = (x - 2) 25

⇒ 25x - 104 + Y + 25x - 50

⇒  Y = 54

So, Average of new members = 54/2

 = 27
