Number of persons who have visited at least two countries = Number of persons who have visited countries R and C + Number of persons who have visited countries C and G + Number of persons who have visited countries G and R + Number of persons who have visited three countries ( R,C & G) = 12 + 24 + 16 + 18 = 70

60% are females. Therefore, number of males = 40% of 70 = 28

Hence, 28 of them are males.
