To find:- the ratio of the total number of girls who appeared in 2012 and 2015 to the total number of boys who appeared for the class X examination in 2012 and 2013

Calculation:-

The total number of girls who appeared in 2012 is 325
The total number of girls who appeared in 2015 was 325

Hence, the total number of girls in 2012 and 2015 is- 650

The total number of boys in 2012- 250
The total number of boys in 2013- 300

Hence, the total number of boys in 2012 and 2013 is- 550

So taking the ratio- 650 : 550 makes 13 : 11

Hence, the correct answer is Option 1.
