Let number of bronze coin be x

Given,

⇒ Number of gold coin + number of Bronze coin = 80

⇒ Number of gold coin = 80 – x

Also,

⇒ Number of silver coins = 1/2 × Number of bronze coin = x/2

According to question,

⇒ Number of gold coin = 3 × number of silver coin

⇒ 80 – x = 3x/2

⇒ x = 32

⇒ Total number of coins = (80 – x) + x + (x/2) = (80 – 32) + 32 + (32/2) = 96
