Formula used:

Average number of employees in particular offices = Sum of the employees/Number of offices 

Calculation: 

Number of employees in offices A, C, D and E = 300 × (108° + 78° + 60° + 18°)/360° 

⇒ 300 × 264°/360° = 220

Average employees in offices A, C, D and E = 220/4 = 55

118% of 55 = 55 × 118/100 

⇒ 64.9 

By changing 64.9 in terms of degrees = 64.9/300 × 360° = 77.88° 

∴ In office C, the number of employees is approximately 18% more than the average number of employees working in offices A, C, D and E, that is 78°.
