The ratio of Mohit and Sunil’s present age = 7 : 9

Let Mohit’s present age is 7x and Sunil’s present age is 9x

According to the question,

9x - 7x = 4

⇒ x = 2

So, Present age of Mohit = 7 × 2 = 14

And, Present age of Sunil = 9 × 2 = 18

∴ After 6 years, the ratio of their age will be = 14 + 6 : 18 + 6 = 20 : 24 = 5 : 6
