Monophasic combined oral contraceptive (COC): levonorgestrel 15050 mcg + ethinylestradiol 30 mcg once daily.
Triphasic COC: levonorgestrel 5025 mcg + ethinylestradiol 300 mcg once daily.
Renal Impairment: Use with caution and monitor BP.
Hepatic Impairment: Contraindicated.
