Several magnificent sculptures, built on the basis of Bangladesh's glorious history of the Liberation War and independence, have multiplied the beauty of this university. Among the greenery, these sculptures, made of concrete or bronze, stand tall, depicting the essence of the Liberation War, freedom, and the Language Movement. These sculptures convey the true history of the Liberation War from one generation to another. To commemorate the grand history, tradition, and consciousness of Bangladesh's glorious Liberation War, the sculpture 'Samshoptak' was built at Jahangirnagar University.
