How to Delete a Skype Account

Skype is a communication tool that allows you to make voice and video calls and exchange messages with people around the world. If you no longer want to use your Skype account, you can delete it and remove all associated data.

Steps:

1. Sign in to your Skype account on the Skype website.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Delete Account”.
3. Enter your user name and password. Click “Sign In”.
4. Click “Delete my Account" in the Confirm Account Deletion window.
5. Check the box “I understand that I won’t be able to use Skype”. Type a confirmation code. (You will receive it in email.) Click “Continue”.
6. Check the box ‘Please delete my account permanently’. Click “Yes, Delete My Account Permanently”.
7. After a few moments, a window will appear confirming that your account has been deleted.
