The water in the tank seems to be constantly cloudy. I keep cleaning it but it does not change. Any suggestions?

Do you have a filter and are you cleaning the filter? Sometimes that releases particulates into the water, making it cloudy. Rinse the filters really well before putting back in the tank. There is a chemical you can buy that is a water clarifier; this works quickly, in an hour or two. Also - do you have hard water? That might be an issue.
