I have wall border that appears to have a vinyl coating. I have tried the water/vinegar solution, Chomp from Home Depot and now trying a steamer but he steamer seems to be blistering the paint underneath the wallpaper. HELP !

Vinyl wallpaper can definitely be difficult to remove. Instead of using solution or a steamer, it is best to take the time to remove the wallpaper slowly in sections. Use a scoring tool to create little holes in the paper and begin from the bottom of the wall. Realistically, it is just going to take time in effort!
